After my shopping spree at the Legends Outlet Mall over the weekend, I was SO excited to wear my new striped blouse and bow shoes from J.Crew Factory, and use my striped Rebecca Minkoff bag from Off-Saks Fifth Avenue. We had a “casual/jeans dress” offsite meeting downtown St. Louis so I opted to go for a lightweight skirt, silk T-shirt, and bow flats rather than my usual suit and heels. I’m not really a jeans person (if you haven’t noticed).
I seriously had great finds at the outlet mall this weekend, my favorite being this striped Rebecca Minkoff bag I found at Off-Saks. Not only was it discounted to the outlet price, there was an extra 30% sale! What a steal 🙂 It’s roomy enough for my laptop and travel necessities without being too bulky, it has lots of pockets to keep me organized, and I love the nautical feel of the navy and cream stripe pattern.
I’ve also been searching for pointy – toe bow flats for months and was ecstatic that J. Crew had them back in stock. Aren’t they just adorable? Seriously, I’m a sucker for anything with a bow. I had to wean myself off bow headbands after college and have since replaced them with bows on shoes, bags, jewelry….ah the list goes on. And bows will obviously be out in full force for the wedding – stay tuned!
